After graduating from ISTANBUL, he received his MA in Accounting and Auditing Program, MBA and Dr. title in Marmara University, S.B.E., Accounting-Finance Department PhD program. He became an Associate Professor in 1995 and a Professor in 2000. He has given lectures in undergraduate and graduate programs in Accounting, Finance, Private Insurances, Business Management, and has 4 books written and published on these subjects, over 100 articles, papers, notifications, research studies, projects, etc. and has served as Dean, Department Head, Department Head, Publication Board Member, Master and PhD thesis advisor, Jury Member, Associate Professorship Jury Member. Prof. Dr., who retired in 2000, continues his scientific studies and serves as an Expert Witness in Courts on his profession and areas of expertise.
I am Jamal Muhammad Ismail, an artist and theater director (My nickname is Cemal Kirkuklü). Born in Kirkuk in 1955. Imam Ahmed is affiliated with El-Musalla. I have loved art since my childhood and learned art from the late Tahsin Ali Şaban. In 1972, Kirkuk TV was black and white at that time. After that, I got hooked on the art of acting and joined the Al-Thawra Sports Club group (Thawra sports club). There, I participated in various festivals with well-known actors such as Şemseddin Türkmenoğlu, Gayp Haider, Yılmaz Beyoğlu, Hüseyin Ali Ghalib, and we also recorded the songs Bülbül Uçar. And the song "Gürbet Ellerdelenme" together with the group. I continued my military service by presenting various plays on special days the year I joined to do my military service, then I worked with the Artists Union and presented various works. I participated in the International Babylon Festival twice. In the 1990s, we presented various plays at school events; 1- PhD Dayi Baki (two seasons)

In 2005, I worked as a drama and reporter manager and presenter of the first two programs at the local Turkmeneli TV. (Warlinger). Secondly (let's travel and see) I presented many sketches and programs at the same TV and within a year I started working as a reporter in Ankara and received a certificate of appreciation from Ankara Bilkent University. Later, I practiced my journalism profession. I worked as a reporter for a few years, I took part in three Turkmen films

3- Mullah Hızır and the movie of July 14
I also directed and directed many Turkmen series including: Nasreddin Hodja series, 30 episodes, 2007 (uncle Cemal) titled Ramadan series I worked in radio and television for more than ten years I retired in 2015, I was a civil servant in the northern oil company. Then I went to Turkey and settled in Istanbul and founded a theater group for the first time. While in Kirkuk, we performed many plays, participated in many festivals, and participated in nearly 10 festivals abroad.
