FOUNDER CHAIRMAN OF WORLD EQUALITY ASSOCIATION
She was born in 1971 in Şebinkarahisar, Giresun. She completed her primary education in Çorlu and high school in Istanbul. She started her civil service career at Mimar Sinan University in 1990. She transferred to Marmara University in 1994 and graduated from Anadolu University Public Relations Department while continuing her business life. She participated in the Leadership and Management, Diction, Body Language trainings organized by Marmara University High Trades and Economics and Administrative Sciences Graduates Association. Between 2010 and 2012, she worked with women and young people at Şebinkarahisar Solidarity Association and Şebinkarahisar Education and Culture Association. She organized seminars at Şebinkarahisar Vocational School, ensuring women's participation in social life and their meetings with politics and the business world. She worked as a chief and corporate communication coordinator in the Student Affairs Department at Marmara University Faculty of Business Administration. She carried out projects with municipalities in Istanbul and many activities with student clubs in University-Industry Cooperation and Community Service courses. She voluntarily retired in 2020. She participated in the Local Advocacy School organized jointly by Bahçeşehir University and the Local Monitoring Research Association and organized many trainings and seminars for women, youth and children in the Esenyurt and Zeytinburnu regions. She served as the President of the Refugee and Immigrants Assembly in City Councils and as the Vice President of the Women's Assemblies. She worked as a coordinator for two years at the Women's Counseling Center funded by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and GİZ. She served as the Secretary General and Consultant in many associations. She volunteered in the field and carried out studies that supported social harmony and strengthened the skills of living together for Turkish and refugee families. She carried out the "Women Are Empowering" project with CRESHENDO, headquartered in the USA, in Zeytinburnu and Esenyurt. She founded the World Equality Association together with academics and business people who are experts in their fields and she currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors. She is married and has two children.
Nedime Mahmure VAYİZOĞLU

She was born in Malatya. She completed her primary and secondary education in Istanbul. She graduated from Marmara University, School of Social Sciences, Department of Foreign Trade. She received her Master's Degree from the Institute of Social Sciences, Department of International Economics, at the same university, with her thesis titled CE Concept in Foreign Trade in Turkey and Its Effects on the Turkish Economy.

She served as Head of Health, Culture and Sports Department and Head of Student Affairs Department.
Between 2010 and 2018, she served as MSGSU Rector's Private Secretary.
She conducted research and investigations in Poland, Portugal and Italy within the scope of Erasmus Plus Personnel Mobility.
She made cultural and educational visits to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Azerbaijan, Lebanon, England, Greece and many other European countries.
She directed two social documentary films named "Nazlıcan Serin: Yayla Çiçeği" and "Sentene Ana" and made many studies about the problems of women and children in the rural areas.
She still continues her work as Istanbul Volunteers Islands District Manager.
She is a member of the Fenerbahçe Sports Club High Council Board.
Hüseyin GÜVENİN

I was born in Fatsa, Ordu on 11.15.1973. I lost my eyesight at birth. After coming to Istanbul, I studied at the school for the blind. I studied middle school and high school in Büyükçekmece. I also received music education. I completed my education process with chess education. In 1995, I started working as a civil servant at Marmara University. I graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Public Administration. I took part in many projects. We carried out the project "We Check Out the Disabilities" at Marmara University together with student clubs. I decided to retire from Marmara University in May 2023 of my own volition and I continue to work in many social responsibility projects and associations. I am married and have three sons.
İsmail KARAASLAN
ACCOUNTANT
İsmail Karaaslan was born in 1976 in Battalgazi district of Malatya. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Battalgazi, he started working on the local Malatya Television channel. After working for a year, he came to Istanbul in 1996 and started working at HBB TV. He took advantage of the crisis in 2000 and went to do his military service. He did his military service as a cameraman. After his military service, he took the university exam and studied Public Relations. He founded his own production company in 2003. As a director, he shot and directed many music videos. He got married in 2005. He is the father of three children. In 2007, he started working as a security guard at Marmara University. He continued to work as a permanent staff in 2011. He currently works at Marmara University. He served as a board member, association member and event organizer in many non-governmental organizations. He is also shooting at Malatya Promotion Days Yenikapı events. He also continues his work at Başakşehir Malatyalılar Association.
Fatime Sühendan VAİZOĞLU

She was born in Malatya. She completed her primary and secondary education in Istanbul and her undergraduate education at Atatürk University, Faculty of Science and Letters, Department of French Language and Literature. After working in the private sector for a while, she started her career as a classroom teacher in Erzurum in 1995. She worked as a provincial and district commission and organized exhibitions, competitions, etc. did studies. Between 2001 and 2002, she was assigned to Lyon, France, as a Turkish and Turkish Culture teacher. She taught Turkish lessons in six different schools. After returning to her domestic duty, she continued working as a classroom teacher. Throughout her career, she attended in-service training seminars and courses organized by the Ministry of National Education and received training in various branches. She successfully completed various tasks to provide training to teachers throughout the province and district and received monthly awards, certificates of appreciation and certificates of excellence. She organized reading and writing courses for adults and children with learning disabilities. She integrated her teaching profession, which she started in 1995, not only into the classroom but also into social life, providing educator training in many fields. She practiced intelligence games in various courses she opened for her students and tried to provide them with manual skills that would improve their creativity. Since she believed in the necessity of not only academic success but also social and sports success, she continued her studies in this field. She continues her career as a classroom teacher at Bursa Mudanya Mutareke Primary School. Fatime Sühendan Vaizoğlu, who is also a member of the Fenerbahçe Sports Club Supreme Council Board, has two children.

He was born in 2003 in Bağcılar, Istanbul. He completed his primary education and high school in Istanbul. In 2021, he started the Recreation Management department at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Faculty of Tourism. At the same time, while continuing his university life, he participated in projects organized and supported by the European Union. The first project he participated in took place in Siberia, Russia, and he stayed in Siberia for 1 month. His work on the project: Building a mobile cafe, helping people in the local cafe, working as part of a team. Later, the second volunteer project he participated in was in Fahren, Germany. His work on the project; Developing and implementing your own project ideas with children and young people; rock climbing learning; adventure education learning and practice; cultural exchange. While his university life was continuing, he also started his second university, Anadolu University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. He completed his internship at Antalya Megasaray hotel in the summer of 2024. They founded the World Equality Association together with their academicians and friends who are experts in their fields.
His hobbies include traveling to many countries such as Germany, France, Belgium, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Netherlands, Russia and Siberia and seeing new cultures.
Varda HUSSAİIN

She was born to a Turkmen family in Damascus. After finishing high school, she got married and had four children. She did not start her career due to child care. In 2014, her wife died during the war in Syria and she had to come to Turkey. She worked as a Turkish and Arabic translator and volunteer in IHH and Humanitarian Aid organizations. They came together with women who came from Syria to Turkey because of the war, founded an association and took part in many seminars and conferences. She led many studies supporting women's participation in education and social life and social harmony. She set an example for women by receiving many interviews and honorary awards. She worked to support families affected by the destruction in Turkey and Syria during the earthquake that affected Osmaniye, Hatay and 11 provinces on February 6, and set an example for many people to serve the society.
Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Keisuke WAKIZAKA

After graduating from Tohoku Gakuin University Faculty of Law in 2008, he completed his master's degree in Political Science and International Relations at Yıldız Technical University in 2012 and graduated from the Middle East Technical University Regional Studies PhD program in 2019. Since the same year, he has been working as a lecturer in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Gelişim University.
He has many studies on Caucasus studies, ethnicity-nationalism, diaspora studies, the problem of de facto states and Turkish-Armenian relations.
