On this occasion, I would like to thank Mr. Atilla Toros, who served as the Founding General Director of our Presidency and from whom I took over the flag, for the valuable services he has provided so far, and I wish him success in his new position, the Governorship of Mersin.”
Hüseyin Kök, President of the Republic of Turkey, stated that ”under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and with the support of Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya, we will continue to work with all our strength together with the expert staff of the Directorate of Migration Management in order to carry our activities related to the migration policy of our country further every day”.
Emphasizing that the activities in the field of migration management will be carried out with determination as before, President Hüseyin Kök said in his message, “We will continue to work on the basis of law, human rights and our national interests, taking strength from our civilization values, without compromising public order, public security and public health, taking into account the long-term risks and opportunities dimensions of migration. I would like to suggest that we will carry out our activities in the field of migration management with determination as before with our historical experience, a humanitarian approach and a rational point of view.” said.
